Do I need a business account to order?
No! Our site is open to all customers — no business license or retailer registration is required.

Shipping Information
How is my order shipped?
We are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly.
For locations within our local delivery zone, your order will be delivered via Cappadocia Turkish refrigerated trucks on your next scheduled delivery day.
For locations outside our local delivery area, we will arrange shipping through a trusted carrier or offer pickup options where available.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
If you wish to arrange international transportation, you are responsible for organizing your own shipping and logistics.
