•    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
•    Refrigerated and frozen items are shipped only from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure product freshness.
•    For Zone 4, and Zone 5 destinations, cold and frozen products are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure they arrive within the safe transit window.
•    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
