Couscous

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water

  • Instructions:
    • 1- Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the couscous until golden.
    • 2- Add water and salt, then cook on low heat until the couscous is tender.
    • 3- Let it rest with the lid on for 5-10 minutes before serving.
