- 1- In a pot, mix the yogurt, flour, and lemon juice until smooth. Add the egg yolk and continue mixing.
- 2- Add the water and cook on medium heat until it starts to boil. Then, add the rinsed and drained rice and bring to a boil again.
- 3- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and butter, add dried mint and remove from heat.
- 4- Pour the oil mixture over the soup, stir, and serve
